He had been a security officer for 13 years and saw the amount of paper and time spending so he look at Microsoft and the apps

saved 11K sheet of paper, 288 hours of manual input data

Created 17 PowerApps used across the airport and its the tip of the iceberg

Started with his dad taking him to the airport as a kid, when the op came to become security officer he grabbed it.

Provided security and customer service

When it comes to paper processing so involved inputting data,

Wanted to make this  digital process so learnt PowerApps from Blogs himself ! and now he has a new job !

Dynamics 365 has automated the scheduling on the job taking consideration on the job and location of engineer

already been to this job last week and needs a specialist on this to help

This would take some time to get a product expert but with remote assist and hololens it can be done in seconds
